SpinetiX HMP400

A sealed, fanless player powered over its network cable.

  • 4K
  • PoE
  • Fanless

Wi-Fi is on the HMP400W only. The plain HMP400 contains no radio components, so a wireless deployment needs the W model. How entries are researched.

A single-output signage appliance built around an Intel Atom, with no fan and no vents: heat leaves through the case, which is what lets SpinetiX rate it IP40 and dust-resistant. It takes its power over the Ethernet cable at PoE+, or over USB-C, so an install can need one cable rather than two. The HDMI and USB-C connectors lock. It runs DSOS, the vendor's own signage operating system, and comes with the ARYA CMS; some features on the datasheet need a DSOS licence to switch on. The W variant is the same player with a Wi-Fi module — the plain HMP400 has no radio hardware at all, which is a requirement in some secure environments rather than an omission.
