Appspace
Appspace
Signage as one module of a workplace platform, not the product itself.
- Free tier
Appspace publishes what each tier includes and what add-ons cost — storage at $0.10 per GB a month and bandwidth at $0.15 — but no price for the plans themselves, so no entry price is recorded. Licensing is per Premium User as well as per device, which makes a per-screen comparison against the rest of this directory misleading; admins are not charged. How entries are researched.
Signage here is one surface among several. The same platform carries an intranet, an employee mobile app, room and desk booking, visitor management and wayfinding, and the argument is that the screen in the lobby should say the same thing as the app in an employee's pocket without anyone publishing twice. That makes it a poor fit for a retail network selling to customers and a strong one for an organisation whose signage problem is really an internal communications problem. The player runs on ChromeOS, Android, iOS and BrightSign, and also on Cisco and Crestron room hardware, which is unusual and tells you who it is built for. There is a genuine free tier rather than a trial, capped at one device. Licensing counts Premium Users — the people who read content in the employee app — rather than screens alone, so the cost model follows headcount as much as hardware.

No plan price is published.

Cisco and Crestron room hardware have no slug in this directory's platform vocabulary, so they are described in the summary instead.
